Your Ship-n-Destroy Certificate of Destruction Is Going Digital
Same secure destruction. Same documentation. A new way to receive your Certificate of Destruction.
Ship-n-Destroy is making an important update to the way we deliver Certificates of Destruction (CODs).
As we transition to our new electronic system, your Certificate of Destruction will now be emailed to you after your destruction service is completed.
Rest assured, you will still receive a COD after each service. The only change is how you receive it.
Electronic delivery makes it easier to receive, save and retrieve your destruction records whenever you need them.
We Need Your Current Email Address
To make sure you continue receiving your COD without interruption, please confirm that the email address we have on file is current and correct.
Our system can send the Certificate of Destruction to one email address. In most cases, that will be the email address associated with your billing or invoice contact.
If your Certificate of Destruction should go to a different person or department, please let us know.
