How To Ship-n-Destroy
It's easy to Ship-n-Destroy. Fill out the online quote form by clicking on the big red button that says "QUOTE". We offer two options to best suit your needs, Premium Service and Regular Service.
Option 1 - Premium ServiceClick on the button "Quote" and fill in the quantities of the items you wish to have destroyed or recycled. Enter your city, state and zipcode, spam blocker information and click "Get Quote Now" at the bottom of the page to see your destruction/recycling and shipping quote. Here you will see the amounts for "Premium Service and Regular Service". You then have the option to "buy it now" or to make adjustments to the quantities. Fill in your payment information and submit your order.
Fill the tote with the material you wish to destroy/recycle. Use filler such as newspaper to help with shifting of contents. Secure the locks onto each end of the tote, place inside cardboard box with a copy of the receipt. Reseal the cardboard box and attach return shipping label. You can then drop the box off at the nearest shipping facility or place where UPS picks up packages.
Option 2 - Regular ServiceClick on the button "Quote" and fill in the quantities of the items you wish to have destroyed or recycled. Enter your city, state and zipcode, spam blocker information and click "Get Quote Now" at the bottom of the page to see your destruction/recycling and shipping quote. Here you will see the amounts for "Premium Service and Regular Service". You then have the option to "buy it now" or to make adjustments to the quantities. Fill in your payment information and submit your order. On the order confirmation page please print out your shipping label. (If you have forgotten that step or had browser issues you can log into your account and reprint the label from there).

What happens to your package once we receive it?Premium Service: Upon arrival of your secure container we verify the locks and finish processing your order. All hard drives are scanned and logged into our system, computers/servers and facsimile equipment are checked to make sure that the hard drive has been removed. You will receive an email containing your certificate of destruction as your verification that your material has been destroyed by our trained professionals.
